Xylem Watermark Launches the Wave of Action: A Global Movement for World Water Day

Despite the incredible strides the water sector has made to increase clean water access, two billion people still lack access to safely managed water services worldwide. Every year, World Water Day is a reminder that all of us can make a difference protecting valuable water resources, keeping them clean, and ensuring that communities around the world have equitable and reliable access to the water they need.

Xylem Watermark invites you to join us in making a lasting impact through the Wave of Action, a week-long event leading up to World Water Day on March 22nd. The global initiative serves as a call to action for individuals, communities, and Watermark’s partners to prioritize water conservation and accessibility and center our three pillars: Protecting Water Resources, Resilient WASH Access, and Education & Capacity Building.

Join us to share knowledge and inspire the next generation of water leaders during the Xylem/Engineers Without Borders (EWA) USA Workshop Facilitator Training on March 19th at 10 a.m. CDT. The session will share tips on leading engaging workshops on clean water access and sustainability for community college students. The session will also explore global challenges and highlight engineering’s profound contribution to community development worldwide.
