Facility Request
The Reservoir Center will be closed January and February 2025 for renovations. Starting January 1, 2025 we will start approving requests for reservations occurring in June 2025 through the end of the year. Our large multipurpose room is reserved for most days from March 2025 through May 2025.To utilize Reservoir Center spaces you must be a Reservoir Center partner or sponsored by a partner. Reservations should align with our reservation policy and the Reservoir Center’s mission and vision. Once your submission is received, a member of our Reservoir team will respond within 3-5 business days to assist you in finalizing your booking and by answering any questions you may have.
This is only a request form, and your reservation is not guaranteed until you receive an email confirmation from a Reservoir team member. For a group size of 24 or more, please submit your request at least three months in advance. Last-minute changes are not guaranteed.
