Wind Down Wednesday

March 25 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm EDT

Water Wind Down Wednesdays are hosted the last Wednesday of most months. They serve as a relaxed happy hour to bring together professionals from across the water sector. This recurring event is the perfect opportunity to connect, collaborate, and unwind with peers who share your passion for shaping the future of water. Whether you’re looking to share insights, spark collaborations, or strengthen relationships in a relaxed setting Water Wind Down Wednesday is the end of month refresh you’re looking for.

In partnership with the Environmental Film festival in the Nation’s Capital (DCEFF) we’ll have a screening of Unless Something Goes Terribly Wrong starting at 6pm. As America’s aging wastewater systems begin to fail, one plant does all it can to stay afloat. Plant manager Dustin Price, together with his motley crew of unlikely heroes, battle aging infrastructure, forever chemicals and the misconceptions of an odor averse public to keep Portland, Maine clean and healthy. Directed by Kaitlyn Schwalje & Alex Wolf Lewis – (73min., USA, 2025).
