To complete the Facility Request form, you must be a Reservoir Center partner or sponsored by a partner. Reservations should align with our reservation policy and the Reservoir Center's mission and vision. Once your submission is received, a member of our Reservoir team will respond within 3-5 business days to assist you in finalizing your booking and by answering any questions you may have.
This is only a request form, and your reservation is not guaranteed until you receive an email confirmation from a Reservoir team member. For a group size of 24 or more, please submit your request at least three months in advance. Last-minute changes are not guaranteed.
If you are being sponsored by a Reservoir Center partner, please provide the name of your organization and the name and contact information of the individual at the sponsoring organization who is sponsoring you. The Reservoir Center will confirm the sponsorship prior to approving your request.

If you’re requesting a Conference Room or the Multipurpose Room, we require the following information.
If your event is open for other partners to attend and you are interested in collaboration, the Reservoir Center would be happy to publicize your event with your selected audience among our Reservoir Center community and to provide event support.
Photography and Videography Notice: When you attend an event in Reservoir, you enter an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibiation, or reproduction.
Calendar of Events Notice: If confirmed your event will be listed on the Reservoir Calendar of Events. This will allow our partners to know whom else will be in the building and when, in order to create a greater sense of community within Reservoir. Meetings and programs that will be held at Reservoir will be included in the Calendar of Events however we will clearly note if the event is private or open for Reservoir partners to attend.
