Facility Request
Before you complete the Facility Request form:– You must be a Reservoir Center partner or sponsored by a partner.
– Your reservation should align with our reservation policy and the Reservoir Center’s mission and vision.
– Please review the Reservation Guidelines for the facility.
– Photos of each space may be viewed in our gallery of site photos
Once your submission is received, a member of our Reservoir team will respond within 3-5 business days to assist you in finalizing your booking and answer any questions you may have. If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact our team at info@reservoircenter.org
This is only a request form, and your reservation is not guaranteed until you receive an email confirmation from our Meeting & Event Coordinator. For a group size of 24 or more, please submit your request at least three months in advance. Last-minute changes are not guaranteed.
Note: We are not able to accommodate weekend requests, or weekday events ending after 8:00PM.
