Reservoir Center Conditions of Use

The Reservoir Center for Water Solutions makes collaboration space available to Affiliate Partners and their registered guests to further Reservoir’s mission of overcoming global water challenges through collaboration and constructive dialogue. Anyone wishing to use Reservoir’s collaboration spaces must agree to the following conditions of use.

Reservoir’s collaboration space, including the hot desks, meeting rooms and events facilities, may only be used in support of the Reservoir mission. No other use is permitted.

You must conduct yourself professionally and lawfully at all times and be thoughtful and respectful of other users the space. Reservoir is an inclusive environment that encourages respect and tolerance of different viewpoints and perspectives. Anyone who does not comport themselves in this manner will be asked to leave.

Guest wifi access is available at Reservoir and may be used by visitors. Internet connections may only be used for lawful and legitimate purposes. No other use is permitted. Reservoir may remove any device from its network that poses a threat to the network or other users or is used in a manner that violates these terms of use.

Reservoir cannot and does not guarantee the privacy of any information discussed or shared in the collaboration space. This includes information shared over the guest wifi network.

You are responsible for your personal property and should retrieve all personal items when leaving. Reservoir takes no responsibility for any property left in the collaboration spaces. Illegal substances and firearms are not permitted in the collaboration spaces.

You may be asked to present valid, government-issued photo identification to gain access to Reservoir’s collaboration space. Reservoir will record personal data from visitors for security purposes and may use a visitor’s contact information to send them information about Reservoir news and events. Reservoir’s data privacy policy is available at https://www.reservoircenter.org/privacy-policy/.

Reservoir makes no representations or warranties about the condition of the collaboration space. You acknowledge that you are using the collaboration spaces at your own risk and waive any and all potential claims against Reservoir. Reservoir takes no responsibility for the actions of other visitors who may also be using the collaboration space.

Your use of the space confirms your agreement with these conditions of use. Any violation of these conditions of use may result in your removal from the premises. Reservoir has the right and obligation to report any improper or illegal conduct to the appropriate authorities. To the extent any harm is caused by your use of the premises, you will be responsible for rectifying that harm. Reservoir may choose to seek indemnification or compensation from you for the harm caused by your use of the premises.
